How to shop at MARUKAI e-STORE                                                     
It is easy to shop at MARUKAI e-STORE.

How to Order
Orders are available via Internet, Phone and Fax. Ordering for Marukai Flyer's products, we are currently taking an order by PHONE ONLY.

For inquiry about Marukai Flyer, please contact us at Monday - Thursday 10:00 to 15:00 Pacific Time (310) 660-6310 or e-mail us at order@marukaiestore.com

After you find product (s) then, click onAdd to Cartbutton.
Make sure to check your shopping cart. Note: if  product is out-of-stock status then, the product cannot be added. It will be automatically reduced from your shopping cart.
After shopping click onCheckout Nowbutton.  

  

2.      ADDRESS BOOK - Create an Account

In order to shop on MARUKAI e-STORE, customers require creating an account. It is easy to create an account, and costs nothing. Please follow the follwing steps below:

 

a.       For a new customer registration:

          ClickRegister & Checkoutbutton.

         Enter your payment, and shipping information. Then, click Create Account & Continue Checkout button.

 

b.      For a previous visited customer (An existing customer):

          If you are already registered customer or have used MARUKAI e-STORE previously, enter a password and an e-mail address.

          then, click Sign in & Checkoutbutton.

 

3.      Shipping Methods

Our shipping method is FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery only at this time. 

 

4.      Order Confirmation

When you finish shopping, please click onPlace Orderbutton to finalize your order. Order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

 

5.      Order Completed

Make sure to keep your order confirmation number until you receive your package.


《 Attention 》
1.    We are shipping from Gardena, California. Therefore, the California state tax may apply when we ship to California area.  
2.    In a case of out-of-stock, you will receive a notification via e-mail. We must receive a confirmation in order to send other items placed in order. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.
3.    The amount of shopping limited price is 2,000 dollars. If your total order is exceeded more than 2,000 dollars, then please report to MARUKAI e-STORE customer service below: 
 


Payment Methods
We accept credit card, PayPal and Personal Check for your order payment. To process your order payment, please submit your information accordingly to the payment page on the website.  

For a Credit Card User, please submit your credit information correctly. If your shipping address and billing address are different than one another then, we are highly recommended you to contact us at (310) 660-6310 Monday - Thursday 10:00 - 15:00 Pacific Time after placing an order along with your order number. This will help us avoid a shipping delay. Otherwise, we may ask you whether your shipment is a gift or any other reasons you may provided us. 

We do NOT accept credit card, if you billing address are other than the United States or Canada address, please use PayPal for your payment method.


For a PayPal user, please finalize your PayPal payment process. 


For a Check User, please be sure to write on your check “Your order confirmation number” on the memo section to find your order and send us your payment check to:

We will ship your package AFTER receiving your check. 

If we do not receive your check one month after the ordering date, your order may be cancelled without any notification from us.

We cannot accept MARUKAI gift certificate(s).
We are currently accepting a Money Order as well.
If so, please let us know that you are sending is money order before placing an order. 


Shipping Process + Delivering Estimates:

We do our best to accurately estimate when your package will be delivered. Estimated delivery dates are generally a range of dates based on several factors, including:

Back-Order Items/ Shortage Items

How quickly we can obtain and pack items for shipment

1. Shipping Estimates
The total order process time (shipping process + delivering process) for your order is approximately 4-8 business days. The process time is subject to change.

 

Shipping Process Time (pick-up and pack your merchandise) is 1-3 business days.

Delivering Time is 3-5 business days. This time may vary depends on shipping destination. 

For a case of out of stock or back-order item, your shipping may delay. If so, we will contact you via email or phone regarding the matter.

1. We will ship through Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.
2. Delivery Date cannot be specified by customers.
3. We ship from Gardena, California 90248.
4. We will NOT take any responsibilities in delivering delay caused by lost, traffic conditions and whether conditions.

5. Please acknowledge that stock availability is subject to change. For out-of-stock item (s), we may ship without shortage items. If so, we will reduce the item (s) price from your order total amount BEFORE we ship the package.

6. Our shipping rate includes shipping fee, fuel Surcharge and other charges. The fuel surcharge percentage is subject to change based on high way average price for a gallon of diesel fuel through FedEx. (The current fuel surcharge is 6.0%, last update on 2/9/2011)

FedEx cannot ship to Postal Office Boxes (P.O.Box) and APO/FOP addresses. 


Missing and Damaged Order:

Please contact us immediately if any packages that are lost or damaged while in transit. If you have provided an invalid address and the package is returned to us, we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive confirmation of the correct address. Please note that there will be extra shipping fees in the invalid address situation.


Returns and Exchanges:

We do our best to package your products so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. However, if you receive damaged products or receive in error. Please contact us immediately for further instructions.


Merchandise Return and Exchange (Product Defects/Damage/Errors)
We inspect all returned products when they arrive at MARUKAI e-STORE. If you wish to return, please call us 310-660-6310 Monday - Thursday 10:00 - 15:00 Pacific Time or email order@marukaiestore.com within 7 days from the arrival date for further instructions.

NOTE: Please keep the damage or error products and retain the original box and packaging as we often ask you to return to shipper for investigation.

In case of exchange, we will exchange the product. However, if the product is out of stock or discontinued then, we will issue a refund for the product cost.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at MARUKAI product (s), please contact us within 7 days from the arrival date along with your order number.

 

For customer convenience of returning/exchanging, we will accept your request. However, the return shipping cost must be incurred by you. Please see the non-returnable/exchangeable products shown below:

 

Please note that we do not permit the return/exchange of or offer refunds for the following products:

For your protection, we suggest use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns. Also, be sure to enclose your packing slip along with your product. In the case of non-traceable returns, we have no responsible over any damage or loss of the merchandise during shipping.
