Returnable condition when
■ You contact us regarding to returns or exchanges within 7days from the arriving date;
■ Your items are new and unopened;
■ Your items are unopened and sealed items merchandise for foods, sanitary goods, clothes, bedding, dishes, and cosmetic products;
■ Items are not on special sale or outlet sale.
Important:
Medicine, sanitary goods, healthy foods, and clothing are not returnable. Also, perishable foods, deli foods, alcohols and cigarettes are not both returnable and exchangeable.
For your protection, we suggest all returns are send back by traceable carriers such as FedEx. Also, be sure to enclose your packing slip with merchandise.
