COOKING DIRECTIONS
Combine 1 cup Nishiki Quick Cooking Brown Rice and 1-1/2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a soft boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2-1/2 cups cooked rice, or 4 servings , about 2/3 cups each.
