Grilled Hawaiian Chicken
Serves 4-6people
3 broken fryers-split or quartered
1/2 c ketchup
1-1/2 c Aloha Original Blend Soy Sauce or Lower Salt Soy Sauce
1/2 c chicken broth
1/3 c white wine
1/4 c frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp Warcestershire sauce
Wash chicken splits. Mix remaining ingredients in a boowl. Brush mixture over chicken/ Grill over barbecue, turning and basting with sauce until it is done (about 40 minutes). Serve with white rice.
