Bees apply propolis to the entrance of the beehive as well as the inside of the beehive, in order to protect themselves from bacteria and virus. This is the reason why only the beehive is almost completely germ-free.

 

Propolis can only be collected in quantity from nature. The highest quality propolis is from Brazil, which is blessed with an unspoiled environment. In the open highlands of some Brazilian provinces many honeybees are kept to produce propolis, and Brazilian propolis is know for its excellent taste and smell.

 

 

1. Shake your Propolis bottle well, and suck the liquid through half of the tube.

2. Poor into a glass or a cup

3. Mix with either water or fruit juice

4. Now you can drink two to three times a day as needed
