CHICKEN TERIYAKI
Ingredients for one serving:
Boneless chicken thigh 0.5 lbs
Shirakiku Ugnagi Sauce 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise
Direction:
1) Pole holes in the chicken with the fork and let the chicken marinate in the Shirakiku Unagi sauce for 1 to 2 hours
2) Cook the marinated chicken in the oven at
320º F for 30 mnutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
3) Baste the extra Shirakiku Unagi sauce and mayonnaise to taste and enjoy!
