DIRECTIONS:
Add 2 parts of water to 1 part of this stock sauce for noodle, tempura, and rice bowl dishes.
Add 5 parts of water to 1 part of this stock sauce for noodle stews and hotchpotch, and oden.
Dilute to taste for a variety of other dishes, including stews, nabemono, sukiyaki, and oden.
