The name "SHIRATAKI" derives from the beautiful pure whiteness of snow and the waterfall that eternally fed by the waters of melting snow.
Medium dry sake. Moderate aroma of lychee and dried fruits, combined with nutty aromas. Round and soft taste with long savory finish.
Served chilled only. Store in the refrigerator.
