<"Teriyaki Style" Beef Steak>
For 2 pounds of meat cut to desired size of steasks, 1/2" thick or less preferred. Marinate in 1/2 cup (4 oz.) HULI HULI SAUCE for at least 4 hours, turning meat every hour. Broil or pan fly.
Lightly brown 2 pounds chicken in skillet. Place chicken skin side down. VERY IMPORTANT to start cooking skin side down - in shallow pan. Pour one cup (8 oz.) HULI HULI SAUCE over chicken and cover. Cook in 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes more.
