Directions: (per 25 lbs. of chicken or duck)
1. Combine contents of this bag (3lb. mix) to 2 cups water.
2. Mix well
3. Apply seasoning mix to 25lbs. of chicken or duck and rube on thoroughly.
4. Let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350F
6. Place marinated chicken or duck in oven and roast for 40 minutes or until done.
Option: Dry seasoning mix can be applied directly onto meat without adding water.
Use less seasoning mix for smaller portions of meat.
