Directions: (per 25lbs. of pork or chiken)
1. Combine contents of this bag (3lb. mix) to 8 cups water (1/2gallon).
2. Mix Well
3. Marinate 25lbs. of pork or chicken in seasoning mix for a minimum of 4 hours; Overnight is best.
4. Preheat oven to 350 F
5. Place marinated meat in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Turn meat over and cook for additional 25 minutes or until done.
Baste frequently.
Option: Dry seasoning mix can be applied directly onto meat without adding water. Rub Chinese Barbecue mix onto 25 lbs. of pork or chicken. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours; Overnight is best. Cook same as above.
Use less seasoning mix for smaller portions of meat.
